Research Focus: The laboratory's research is driven by the major demand for high-performance aluminum alloys and related composite structures arising from the high-quality development of the Western Development and the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, as well as the upgrading of Guangxi's aluminum industry. The research addresses national strategic needs for green development, the high-end, green, and intelligent development of Guangxi's aluminum industry, and the construction of long-lasting, high-quality major infrastructure along the Western Land-Sea New Corridor.
The laboratory aims to enhance the alignment between these needs and its own capabilities, leveraging its role in talent cultivation and technological innovation to support industry upgrading and major infrastructure projects.
